NVC IL letter - timeline - consular processing
How long did you wait for IL after Dq?
We got DQ in February, our case supposed to be transferred to Embassy in Reykjavik- there is NO waiting time, NO backlog and yet we still did not receive IL.
When I reached out to NVC they say they schedule it once they get slots from embassy, embassy says they cannot do anything because case it's still at NVC.

my parents immigrant visa, I submitted fees and required documents in Nov 2025. still no interview scheduled.

I filed my parents immigrants visa. I am US citizen and I filed i130 for both parents in March 2024. the form I130 approved in September 2025. I submitted all fees and required documents to NVC in October 2025. and documents qualified in November 2025. but so far I have no update or scheduled interview. do anyone have idea about it. my NVC Bombay(India). #i130 #parents #nvc

so my soon to be legally divorced husband was CID ( army). so of course police and army didn’t do shit ( but some within the army at least tried so there is that). took me 2 years filing VAWA ( had the interview, did the medical then was told the process had been withdrawn upon my behalf by my then husband). after that he went to the states, stopped paying me spousal support and left the army. well, having put my entire studies and career geared towards the US; plus having had a miscarriage , I felt like I didn’t have enough evidence, as well, he was someone working within army police… anyways so I sent everything in September 25, and got two receipts, both being the Notice of they have received it.
would there be a point of seeing why my ex withdrew the petition? o thought it was illegal to withdraw after the interview ? they just told me I needed to submit the medical, and I spent money on it…. #vawa #i130 #militaryspouseabuse #military #army
waiting for i130 interview after document qualification
hello Folks
do anyone have interview scheduled for immediate relatives in Mumbai recently. i submitting all required documents in October and they were qualified in Nov 2025. still we didn't get any Interview letter.

CR-1 Case Returned to USCIS After 221(g): Is B2 Visit Visa Advisable?
My spouse filed Form I-130 for me in March 2021. The I-130 was approved in June 2023 and later processed through Form I-824, which was approved in June 2024. The case moved to NVC in July 2024, and my immigrant visa interview was scheduled at the Mumbai Consulate in November 2024. During the interview, I was issued a 221(g) and asked to submit my divorce decree. I obtained the decree through court and submitted it in March 2025. After this, my case was placed under administrative processing and later returned to USCIS for further review. There has been no update for several months.
Question:
Given this situation, would it be advisable to apply for a B2 (visitor) visa to visit my U.S. citizen spouse while the immigrant visa case is pending? #USImmigration

Alhamdulillah finally approved. Yesterday I responded to RFE and today we got approval notice at document tab. Case status is showing still being processed by USCIS. #RFE #I130 #F2A
