My case is similar to yours. Did you submit 130 online? Which is the case handling center on the 797c receipt you received?

@Lu Lu I130 was online and it is at NBC, K3 was send by mail Wisconsin

For 130 (IR1/CR1) is taking about 10-15 months…..sometimes 17 months….my approval came after 13 months. that K3 which I tried does nothing unfortunately

@K W 10 - 15 months plus the time you get the appointment for interview right ? or Just 10-15 until you get the green card ?

@Lu Lu Yes I"ll do, because mi wife is outside the 🇺🇸 she has to go through the consulate process, i saw just I130 takes like 18 months and after that you are able to get a consulate process but time depends about the consulate for your country, unfortunately México takes another 14 months. There's a official web page for check your country consulate times

@cristobal ruiz Now I130 is almost stagnant and moving forward, dealing with the backlog of cases in the past, so this stage will take longer. I hope our k3 will work🙏 I'm in China. It is estimated that it will take 5 months to interview after 130 approval. Mexico is so long😦

@Lu Lu yes it start with MSC. When you check your at USCIS web page, may you upload any document? i added my case to my USCIS account but it doesn't let me do anything than just see the message "Case upload and recibe notice send" or something like that

@cristobal ruiz I haven't been approved yet. my husband submitted the i130 online on May 19 this year, and mailed k3 at the same time. I hope it can be faster🙏

@Lu Lu we uploaded our application almost at the same time. I hope it doesn't take to long. I also hope the K3 get approved before and shorts the separation time
