🚨 USCIS Denied My I-130 – I Filed a Motion to Reopen! 🚨
My I-130 petition for my wife was denied because I mistakenly submitted the wrong Form I-130A after receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE).
To fix this, I filed Form I-290B (Motion to Reopen) with the correct I-130A, the denial notice, the RFE, and the required fee.
Now, I’m waiting for USCIS to review my case. Has anyone else filed an I-290B? How long did it take?

Could anyone point me to somewhere I can find information about consular processing times? We haven't been approved yet or even actively reviewed, but I'd like to know more about the process afterwards. hii, i wanna ask some questions
i've been seeing sept approvals and im truly happy for them but there's also some people that haven't get approved even when they filed earlier, i dont get it, is it because they don't have enough evidence, their case is complicated, missing documents, backlogs or other things.
