VAWA/ADVICE/SELF SUBMIT APPLICATION
Question to anyone that filed a VAWA application on there own, that was married to an abusive USC husband has a USC child that can help. I have a sister in law that went through this and now she lives with us an her 9 month old baby. She has a Yr and 2 month of marriage. She lives in arizona then ran away from abusive husband and obtained a big cut on her arm. She called the police when in california but police in arizona told her that both parties would go to jail and baby would be taken away. So police officer told her he will destroy the report and not hold record. she is christian and spoke to her pastor and adviced them to give eachother time to heal she came back to the abusive husband and went through the same situation and now she left him for good. Abusive husband has bad people and dangerous people that can harm her but she didnt want to report to police because she knows something bad would happen to her. she did go the er in cali and er in arizona but no police report because she would not feel safe doing that to her ex husband. Please I would like to help her process this as soon as possible because this person is lying to her family AND HIS by saying that she is the abusive one, when she has only defend herself. If anyone can give me a list of docs she will need or if she qualify for this or not? Thank you in advance.

I filed I-130 online on 08/08/2021 and the first NOA 1 received online said California but I asked Emma each time more than 5 times in the month where my file is located and it is says Nebraska. I would like the center to be Nebraska because it is fast. Tell me should I believe Emma? Are there people who have experienced the same situation and finally what was your center? Thank you to those who will respond

hey guys,
just spoke to an tier2 and he was apologizing cause they never send the RFE out, it's still sitting there since june.. lost now 2/3 months of processing time, now I know why I'm over the processing time for my I765.. and it California the busiest and slowest department ☹
iit's so frustrating, wait for my new EAD since 13 Months and im unemployed since 9 😖
BTW the RFE is for the Extendet I539 in California
and the I765 in Vermont but they're waiting until California is giving them the green light to continue processing.

Hi,
My husband is a greencard holder at USA. we were married in october 2018, he filed an i130 application for me on Sept 6 2019, our processing centre is California service centre. My case is nt approved till now.Any clue about the long delay. is there anybody else who applied during that time period
how do I know what is my I-130 processing center?
the bottom of my I-130 receipt notice said that the USCIS office is National Benefits Center. when I entered my I-130 receipt number in this app it showed Potomac center. I’m just curious how does it know if it is Potomac or if my processing center is California (since I’m living in California)?

When I get my receipt notice it said my service center was in Texas. Today I contacted the agent via live chat, and they told me that my case is in California! Where the terms are from 2 to 3 years! I'm shocked! The app says that I am 8 out of 24 in the queue, does that mean something? My status was updated 2 months ago in - your case is actively reviewed by uscis. Who can tell how long I'll have to wait?

I just filed 485, 140 at the same day, location (Nebraska)
But now I realized applications had different office.
I guess 485 etc were transfered.
is there something wrong?
Because 140 didn’t authorized until now.
and the 140 not approved is in Nebraska.
