forgot to send the RFE out, can you believe it 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
hey guys,
just spoke to an tier2 and he was apologizing cause they never send the RFE out, it's still sitting there since june.. lost now 2/3 months of processing time, now I know why I'm over the processing time for my I765.. and it California the busiest and slowest department ☹
iit's so frustrating, wait for my new EAD since 13 Months and im unemployed since 9 😖
BTW the RFE is for the Extendet I539 in California
and the I765 in Vermont but they're waiting until California is giving them the green light to continue processing.

How long did it take for you to get a call from Tier 2 officer after you made the request? I hope your rfe issue is solved asap and you get GC soon.

I think there is 60 days extension due to COVID. check with your lawyer

@ O O i called the service center and said infopass appointmentafter
@ nick kool I got him (tier 1) on the phone around 6 pm and they called me back this morning at 8am, I think it depends on your case

@su Zhou yes we did but almost all my stuff expired in january 2021.. we applied for the extension in july 2020 and just got the RFE

I thought you could submit an expedite request if they made a mistake?

you can Google expedite request uscis and click the first link which is the USCIS gov page, from there it says one of the reasons for the request could be “clear USCIS error” which sounds like your scenario
