@Lu - did you submit any expedite request? was it a stand-alone EAD or concurrently filed with I-539?

It was concurrently filed with the I539. I didn’t submit the expedite request because the lawyer said USCIS is only approving the expedite in case of life/death - like need to work to pay for a health treatment and the principal L1 is not able to pay alone.

Curiously the EAD was approved and 2 days later the I539 was approved. I was expecting the opposite! 🤷🏻‍♀️
