Tried to expedite through T1, SR response says case is “under review”
Tried to expedite my I-539 yesterday afternoon. Today, I received a response through email from the California Service Center that stated:
“The status of this service request is:
On 08/25/2021, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-539 to notify us that you were requesting an expedited review of your case. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
We received your response to the Request for Evidence 08/10/2021, and your case is currently under review.”
What does this mean? Is my expedite request rejected? Or is an officer currently looking at my case and will make a decision soon?
H4 EAD - California Center

did anyone received H4 EAD approval recently from California center? my receipt date is October 2020. H4 was approved in April 2021. expedite request got denied. Waiting for EAD card, it been almost 11 months now
