vawa advance parole
Hello everyone, I applied for adjustment of status though VAWA. I submitted I-485, I-360, I-765, and I-131. My I-485 shows that my fingerprints have been applied, my I-360 that it’s been received, my I-765 the fees were waived, and my I-131(advance parole) has been approved. I’ve read a lot of positive experiences of people who traveled with Advance parole but most of them have the combo EAD with advanced parole. Would I be ok to travel with ONLY the advance parole approval document? would I be denied reentry if at the port of entry I only show my passport and AP document? Also, would I trigger any unlawful presence ban if I travel with AP? my only status currently is that I have a work permit through DACA that expires next year. I really want to travel to my home county,Mexico, to visit my father but I’m very nervous about traveling under these circumstances. I asked my lawyer but she advises against international travel until my green card has been approve. Can anyone please share their thoughts and experiences. thank you #advanceparole #vawa

B1/B2 while pregnant
I have a family memeber who is applying for the US tourist visa from Canada. She applied last year in june but they scheduled her for the interview in the june of this year. She is now pregnent since January, can this cause any problem in getting the visa? She is not planning to visit until early next year.
EB3-3
Hi everybody. My I140 was approved and was sent to the Department of State on October 08, 2021. My friend told me I140 was sent at here. So USCIS will consider for green card. Is it right? My I485 was transfered from MSC to Texas. And then, continue transfered from Texas to NBC on April 27, 2022. I really don't know when USCIS will reply for me about green card 😥.
Social Security
if I already have a social security number with my L1 visa, do I need to apply for a new one or replacement card when applying for adjustment of status or I can use the same card and same social security number ? Wondering if the social security changes or needs to be changed when switching from non immmigrant to permanent resident
Thannk you!
I-130 Approved But Confused.
I applied for both my wife and step-daughter on the same form. On the approved letter, for the beneficiary, only my wife name is on it. Does it mean that only my wife will go through all the process and join me in the state very soon? My step-daughter is only 4 years old. What should I do in a matter like this?
advance parole and traveling to mexico. My green card case is still pending since 2018 and only thing that is pending is i485. My lawyer said I can travel with AP but there is still risk.
I havent left the country for 8 years now , first 1 year j-1 and then asylum application, i lifted the asylum in 2020 and now only have 1 case thru marriage to US citizen and I do wanna see if i can use the AP because havent seen any of my family members all this time. I have a Turkish passport and EAD thru family, that says serves as 512 advance parole. I was never out of status and I am a software engineer with Cognizant pay my taxes on time. I will be traveling with my wife to Mexico for 5 days ,next week and almost about to cancel the trip. If you have travelled with AP before please let me know your thoughts #advanceparole #traveldocument #
