Hi,so I want to bring my mom to visit me on tourist visa.I still have 2 younger sisters,one of them is a minor,who are going to be staying with my grandparents,in case mom can visit.I know that showing that she still has children back home,like their birth certificates ,will be a good proof that she is not planning to immigrate to the US. what else can be a good proof of that? thank you guys

can I schedule 2 B2 visa appointments at 2 different embassies at the same time?

I am applying for a B2 visa. I have paid my DS-160 fees and the embassy website showed no appointments available at this time. so I applied for emergency appointment and got denied. can I try to schedule another appointment at a different embassy in a different country?

Vermont service center processing?

So I just spoke with a live agent on the USCIS website, they told me my case has been moved from texas servie center to vermont in 2021. I applied my i-130 in December 29 2021. So apparently it was moved on the 30th or 31st, although my recipient notice says it's in texas service center. On april 1st 2022 I received that my case is being actively reviewed. From your experience how long does vermont usually take? and do they take longer than texas to process?!

I am due to see a lawyer in regards to paying the fees and submitting the documents. I see on the paper that they need authorization from the other parent for the child to live and travel to the US. Did anyone else get this as well and is it mandatory?

My husband and I completed our interview yesterday and the officer said he was approving our I-130 and after the interview I saw that our case status for the I-485 change to case is being actively reviewed and today receive that the I-130 was approved, how many takes to approve the I-485?

EB2 second interview experiences?

my status changed to second interview scheduled. my case is EB2, has anybody else experienced a second interview on EB2. all I can find is about marriage based.

lawfully sent me a notification about something but I am yet to see what it is pertaining to. I checked my USCIS account and nothing yet appears. Has anyone else experienced this?

someone should explain this to me

I called the live agant and she told me, the normal processing time for my case is between 16 months to 41 months I really do not understand after a year of interview…. does it means that my case is not going to be approved? I don’t really get it someone should just put me through because it is taking too long can’t wait any more to get approval.
