Case Processing
Sick of USCIS waiting game
#confused#
I contact Emma 2 days ago to ask where my case was and the status, she said my interview was waived, which can be a lie,I know that and she said it was being processed at Baltimore field office, but am confused first it was San Jose FO that's where my RFE came from now it's at Baltimore. Its been over a year,I have so many proof of our marriage, photo, car insurance, electric bill, joint bank account,my husband is now disabled and I am his power of attorney I sent that evidence too I am so tired I just want this stress to be over.
Worried after interview !!
I finally had my GC interview with my spouse last Thursday and I’m not sure how I am feeling about it. The officer did not ask my spouse any questions at all. he only asked me my full name my spouse name and our marriage date, current address where I currently work and then the security questions from the i485. Never asked for my medical which I thought I’d have to do over since I’ve been waiting for this interview for over 3 years (came to the US on a K1) and never asked us any questions about our marital life or asked me any additional questions about my partner or additional evidence. after that quick 30 min interview he just says he will send the case to his supervisor for review and we will get correspondence in the mail or if he needs anything else he will contact us. I’m worried this is bad and we either get denied or have to do another interview. Has anyone else experience this with there interview? 😞😞
N-600
Hi everyone newbie here 👋🏻
I need some enlightenment for my n-600
Here is the breakdown of my current situation
-Born out of wedlock.
- My father immigrated to the U.S.
- father filed for my I-130.
- Interviewed visa approved and immigrated the same year.
- father became a citizen 17 days before my 18th birthday.
Did I made a mistake filling N-600? as they asking for additional evidence such as birth certificate, evidence of my parents’ marriage or previous divorce, and evidence that my father had legal custody of my before I was 18
Thanks hopefully someone who has the same experience can enlighten me 😊

ONLY GOD
I want to take this time to thank the Most High Living God for bringing me this far. Secondly. I want to thank the creator of this app for the wisdom applied to put this together. I started my immigration journey since July 2021. I was so frustrated after one year had pass without receiving a work permit and without me knowing that my attorney filed my papers under c-31 category even though my abused wife was a citizen and everything was filed together. I begun doing some research as to why my case was taking so long when I stumbled upon this app and since then my frustration disappeared. The only frustration was missing my abused wife because I never thought a day could ever come like that between us. however, I have to move on. I thank everyone of you who continually shared their experiences on this platform. Honestly, it gave me hope and a lot of encouragement. I read every comment from almost everyone everyday. Today, April 11, 2025 I’m so blessed that I am one of those who did not only got their case approved but also have my Green Card.
if you are frustrated because your case is staying so long, I want say to you today “Please Don’t” just keep the faith and keep on trusting in God and God alone.
Once again, I truly appreciate everyone of you. Keep on with the remarkable work and only God can reward you all.
As God did it for me may He do the same for you all. In Jesus’ name. Amenl
