on 12/5/24 I requested for service request on my pending 485 which is out of the normal process time . but idiot agent made it on my denied and marriage base 485 which was denied on 12/8/2020 . Charlotte field office, where has my current 485 vawa basis 485 , response that , this application has already denied, does this mistake causes issues on my pending 485 which has different receipt number ? I already emailed to my attorney about this issue, tomorrow will call uscis as well . does anyone can help me , wish tonight end soon , tomorrow i make follow up.
