No update after an interview
It's been 1,194 days since I submitted my I-485 application and 7 months since my interview, yet I still haven't received a decision. It's quite frustrating. My employer & lawyer said they can’t do anything about it, but to wait. Anyone on the same boat? PD: December 2021 EB3

@Oz taha the officer went through the I-485 form to ensure everything is in order. She wanted to get our I-94 to make sure one’s have a legal entry; bring all your passport showing entries(she scanned them); questions on criminal cases(bring disposition statements if any). The interview is very straightforward and touch mostly the I-485.

Make sure to bring all your passports, I-94, work documents such as W2, your latest paystubs, and supplement J from your employer. Occasionally, the officer may not request any extra documentation, so it's a good idea to check with them during the interview about what they require. Keep in mind that some officers might come off as uninterested or unfriendly, although some of the applicants were lucky enough to be assigned to a friendly officer. The officer inquired how I entered the US and the timing of my I-485 filing. They were also curious about how I found a job. Additionally, they asked about the company's hiring process, to which I politely replied that I wasn't sure about the details.
