filed 01/03/2025, did biometric 02/18/2025 responded to rfe 02/26/2025. I see everyone else getting ead immediately after biometric yet no update for me, except im seeing a new rfe received date 06/12/2025.,, im fling adjustment of status…. I feel so hurt at times that no changes and people who filed 2 months ago are getting scheduled for interview. my case is at national benefit center..

Hi, is it safe to travel outside of the U.S. while my EAD is in the process of renewal? EB4 - EAD. I have valid Advanced Parole until next year. Not sure why EAD renewal is taking too long. please advise.

Hi anyone from a country that’s on the travel ban with an I-730 filed? I hear some say it’s excluded some say it’s included in the ban. Case currently transferred from NVC to the embassy but I haven’t heard from the embassy yet #i730 #travelban
