i-130 aprov?
Hello, my process is I-130 IR1. My data is 08/21/2023. 1.5 months. At Potomac services, has anyone already been approved? It's so frustrating to see that it hasn't been approved yet and even worse to see that there are people who have already been approved and are from September. 😕 I'm extremely upset and sad.

How long does it take for NVC to schedule interview? NVC confirmed and approved our docs on June 2024. Just waiting for the interview. I petitioned for my spouse, priority date August 2022 :( Texas Service Center. Praying for a scheduled interview soon, or even better, a waived interview. 🙏🏻

I just recently found this community here and I keep seeing that most of the cases got “case is being actively reviewed by uscis” after a few weeks/months after submission
We submitted our case on April 13, 2024 but ever since then we haven’t heard anything and it is still saying “case was received and a receipt notice was sent”
In case it is important: my husband is a US citizen, we submitted the form online and I am still in my home country, we are doing consular processing
Did anyone else experience this? Should we reach out to someone?

Hi Guys
We currently only have our marriage certificate as evidence. I could not open a joint bank account. We are staying at a friend's house in Turkey and I do not have any bills on me. InshaAllah I will have a child soon, this is my only proof. What should I do in such a situation?

Anyone filed an N-400 online, Brooklyn FO?
Hi! Just filed for my citizenship today online (submitted the N-400), with my I-751 pending for over a year (I received the automatic 48 month extension). Married to an American citizen.
Does anyone have a relevant timeline they could share for filing the N-400 online, interview at the Brooklyn FO? Also, do you know if they do the civics test as part of the interview and / or if they do same day oath ceremony? Thanks so much in advance!
RFE 3 days before the premium ends.
I submitted my I-140 EB2 NIW with Premium Processing on December 5th. Today, I checked my case status in the USCIS system, and they just issued an RFE with only a few days left before the 45-business-day deadline. Has anyone else experienced this?
Do you know a way I can recive the information of the RFE electronically? or I have to wait until they mail it?

Hi community. I first want to thank everyone in this forum for helping us navigate this process. it has been a very long wait to get here and it was not easy but reading the stories and the experiences and knowledge of others has made it more bearable.
I am a US citizen and I have a wife & stepson that are immigrating to the US from Costa Rica.
We applied with the I-130 form in September of 2023 and we received our approval in February 2025. We received an RFIE in January of 2025 but we responded with the documents they requested and were approved not long after.
We are beyond over joyed although we know there is still time to wait and work to be done before we can finally be together. One step closer feels very good. If you are waiting I pray you will get your answer soon as well.
Our documents were sent to the NVC so we will wait for them them to contact us. Our case was reviewed by the California Service Center.
