PD on i485 through i360.
what happens after my i360 with deferred actions expires after 4 years and GC is not issued? What would be my next steps? My PD is Aug 2022, how long do y’all think it would take to be current? I saw that there was a 8 month backlog which is makes some ppl like myself lose hope.

I sent My I 140 form 390 days ago and still no answer .But the problem is visa bulletin is not moving ,I want to ask one question to everyone .
Should I stay in USA and waiting visa bulletin or should I do consular processing go back my country ,see my family spend time with my family ,do something with my life .Because I feel like I am stuck here forever .I am trying to find solution .Last 2 year I didn’t feel visa bulletin is moving ….Visa bulletin is not moving ,I am trying keep my legal status and at the same time I am trying to survive here no family and nothing..
priority date
on my vawa approval notice, they have my priority date as Dec 2017. I initially filed i 130 in December 2017 but then I withdrew my case and file for vawa August 2021 and it was approved August 2024, they requested medical in December and it's sent it in January. I was married to a LPR, do they use the priority date on my approval notice to grant me a GC because basically a visa is current for me base on that priority date.
Expedite i485 process: Removal Proceedings Dismissed
Hi everyone, my removal proceedings were terminated in December after my I-130 was approved. My I-485 was admin closed while in immigration court, so I have requested USCIS to reopen it but haven’t heard back. My wife is in grad school in Canada, and I have a work trip to Spain in two months. I won’t dare travel without a green card. Given this, what’s the best strategy to expedite my I-485?

Planning to apply for I-751 form in March, 2025 - need suggestions
Hello, I am currently on conditional GC expiring in June,2025. My wife and I are planning to apply for removal of conditions as we are approaching the deadline. Currently, living together happily in USA. I would like to know how long it takes to process I-751 and get 10 years GC. Does the delay in processing affects my job? I know I am not able to apply yet for N-400 since its only 1.7 years not 3 years. Any tips/suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
