6 years ago I saw a people having their i-485 approved and I thought that this moment would never come but today, October 25, they approved my i-485. I never thought it was my turn. I hope those who are waiting soon get aprpeoved don’t lose hope guys I know it’s hard but with god we can make this !!! good luck guys !!!

hello, we had to refile our case after waiting almost 12 months since filing our Motion to Reopen and Reconsider which the field office just ignored. since Trump became president it's become too dangerous so we had to refile. I got notification they had received our case and notice as sent on Monday. how long does it take to get the notices from Phoenix lock box . they already processed the payment.

I’m a green card holder (F2A category), and my I-130 petition for my spouse has been pending since August 31, 2023 — more than two years with no decision. After waiting and trying all normal options, I decided to file a Writ of Mandamus myself. I did talk to some lawyers, and one even told me over the phone that because my visa bulletin is current, there’s a high chance USCIS will approve it — they usually don’t want to fight in court. The problem? The minimum legal fees I found were $4,400, and some went up to $10,000. I couldn’t afford that, so I took a chance. I did some Googling, used AI to guide me, and managed to prepare and file everything myself. The whole process cost me only $405 for the filing fee plus about $40 for certified mail. No lawyer involved. Now it’s in the court system, and I’m just waiting to see what happens. I’ll update you guys with everything that happens after, Inshallah, it gets approved soon! 🤲

On L1a, am EU citizen but born in Pakistan originally. Any one knows someone like my case? I have not received ead either though my dependents all got it months ago. Absolutely no API updates after my biometric in mid july. Any ideas when I can expect something? I am freaking as too many structural changes happening at work. Although my i140 is approved for more than 180 days but my i485 is pending <180 days.

Just woke up to lawfully update of my green card approval 10/24. It has been a very long waiting journey, but God has never left or forsaken us!! He will always come thru for us!!. I-140 premium processing after 20 months long wait?

My timeline is PD: 22 December 2022 FAD: 1st Apr 2023 RD : 05/03/2024 Filed 140/485 concurrently with I-140 regular processing It’s been 20 months since no update… Question: any first hand experience who upgraded I-140 to premium processing after a long time and also got approved on I-485 quickly after that?

Hey fam, so it has been 25 days since they have received my Medicals. They have gone silent. From your experience is it interview notice showing up in the mail? am thinking if they needed anything else they would have sent another RFE by now? Pls share an experience you have. Thank you!
