Change of GC application from Consulate to AOS with approved EB1-1
Hello, has anyone here experienced the following situation: an EB1-1 visa was approved. Initially, the process was supposed to be done through the consulate, but then an AOS was issued, and the GC was already obtained. DHS was notified that the GC was obtained, and DHS returned the file to USCIS.
The question is: after the notification and the file is returned to USCIS, what's next?
