The wait was tormenting, especially when it hit the 60 days mark. I checked my mailbox constantly (which I know I shouldn't do) stocked my ucis account and lawfully app. Through all that God had/has my back and it was approved today.###

I need an advice, I just got a letter in my mailbox from my field office USCIS in Sacramento, it states that I have been scheduled for an interview but the date on it is 16th April which was yesterday, I checked the post office stamp and saw that the mail was sent to post office on 15th April and today is 17th which I just received the mail. Any one in same situation? what should I do? the date already passed, will I be penalized???
anyone file i485 to Chicago lockbox this month? it’s only been a week for me but I’m just seeing what others timelines have been for a receipt number
filed 4/10 to Chicago lockbox. how long until I get a receipt? can’t stop checking every day and reading up Reddit but I haven’t seen any recent posts.

My approval came 2 days after my interview! the I-130 was approved yesterday and the I-485 today for m and my teenage daughter!
wait with patience I know is hard but don’t lose your path, and remember GOD is always the same he doesn’t change and his promises never fail!

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE ON COMBO CARD
Hey guys since a lot of people have been talking about the travel under the new administration.
So I did travelled recently to India on March 14th 2025 and came back on April 16th. 2025
the whole process was very smooth no questions asked while coming back got out of the secondary inspection in less then 5 min.
This was my second time traveling on Advance Parole and I would say if you have clean records in America. It should be smooth travel experience.
I returned on JFK in morning and the officer was very polite and nice.
If anyone has any questions feel free to drop them! please don’t ask me how long their case is gonna take I am not a immigration professional.

hey my interview was 27 march 2025 it was 4hour long interview. After that she gave me a letter and said come back on 10April for your result. But on 9th April they call me and said your result is not ready yet. And Wait we gonna Inform you. But Anybody please tell me how long it take to issue result? or why they don’t issue my result?
