just curious if this is happening at scale after the updates on Uscis manual over the last few days

oh wow. that's wild. I'd mandamus it out if nothing happens until November. but in the meantime I'd try every other path so that you have evidence for mandamus. 🤷🏻‍♂️

my case transfer is another office like 561 days ago and nothing to right now just still waiting
