RFE response rece8ved by USCIS but misplaced
Is this a common scenario? I got a call from attorney today to inquire about the response to previous RFE. I sent all the proofs (shipping receipt, delivery confirmation and even screenshot of my case status). However, when they spoke to officer, she said USCIS will issue another RFE. It is just eating up the time for adjudication 🥺.
Any F2A - AOS approval with PD March 2022 or later?
I Can not understand the backlog of 8 months for F2A category Visa Bulletin not moving forward 🤯😢! Please let us know if you got your GC already within the same situation under any certain circumstances!
My I-130 approved 16 months ago and Interview was waived and the processing time was “1 week” for 6 months before the USCIS website recent update that it turned to “11 months” at Step 4:Decision.

Update On I-131
So just wanted to update some of you ,after like 3 months of not receiving a recipt notice on I-131 I've been Calling until I got someone helpful on the USICS Phone ,He did ask me some questions only questions that I know to verify Identity first then he explained that they had sent out a recipt notice to my Attorney but for some reason she didn't get and especially not me so that's that he then provided my recipt number and I wrote it down now I have it . 🙏

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! I just wanted to share a few thoughts based on some of the comments and questions I've seen here. It might not be my place, but I feel some people could use a wake-up call. Just because you have a lawyer doesn’t mean you shouldn’t stay informed about your case. Lawyers are also business people with many clients, and you’re not necessarily more important than the next one. Be proactive with your case—this is your life! Call USCIS yourself to check on the status, and make sure you have copies of everything that was sent.
This is not intended to cause fear, but just to offer some advice based on what I’ve read here. I wish you all success in this new year, and for those still waiting, I pray that your cases are approved soon! Blessings to all!
