it’s been 4 months and 2 days since the USCIS has received my RFE. The last update was on September 6, 2024. “We have taken an action and when I checked it’s only USCIS that has received the evidence which was only for the medical. Office it’s one National Benefits Center.

do company immigration lawyers typically help with marriage based filings? I have a pending perm(Nov 23) potential EB3 skilled filing. was wondering whether company lawyer would help with marriage gc filing. they have all of my h1 information and potential perm filing. isn’t it also cheaper for a company to file marriage based green card than the whole i140?
any opinions would be appreciated

Is there anyone who has scheduled their interview for the IR5 category? If so, please let me know your priority date. Also, when did the NVC approve your case or documentarily qualify you? My case has been dqed for 4 months now and haven’t heard anything g from Nvc. I’m becoming increasingly impatient. I can’t help but wonder if this is just me or if it’s a common experience for everyone.
