How to check total number of people ahead of me.
I come from India and my PD is 28 Jan 2021 and filed AOS and EAD on 26th august 2024 but still no approval for I485 and EAD. any idea when can I expect approval? how to check how many people are ahead of me?

if you see no progress in your case in 2 the last two months, submit a case inquiry. if no progress in the last 3 months or more, submit congressional inquiry

@Raj G early sept all eb1 gc was reqched to limit for the year. new quota will start from oct 1 2025
i am waiting since 8 months on same boat

my case is with NBC and I can’t raise a service Enquiry or congressional inquiry as uscis portal says my case is processing normally. I don’t think I can do anything except waiting.

@Raj G You will never no and ther is no clear pattern. However, I am follwing a smart guy on youtube for along time and he knows to mathematically perdict that but onli based on the available current information. Search for his chanell “positivity”. He has specific vedios for EB1 Indian I haven’t seen them caue I am ROW but all of his predictions on EB2 ROW were true.
