N400
Hello guys ,
I would like your opinion on this . My cousin just got his I-751 (10 years green card) . But USCIS made a mistake with his date of birth. He has his N400 pending and it says the Estimated time* until case decision approximately 10 months . But he has been waiting since 8 months now . Do you guys think it’s advisable for him to apply the I-90( for correction of the green card). or do you guys think he should just wait for the N400 interview and if he does wait will the wrong birth date affect his N400 application during his interview?
thank you for your help
Approved on the spot but case status later shows case must be reviewed
7 hours after the interview I485 and I130 status changed to 'interview was completed and my case must be reviewed' while 765 and 131 changed to 'case closed benefits received on other means'. Feeling very confused because we were told we were approved on the spot. Does anyone have similar experience?
Update: both 130 and 485 were approved today. But before the status changed, I chatted online with an Emma agent and was told that they could see a card was ordered for me though the status showed 'my case must be reviewed.' Recommend those in the same situation to chat with Emma too. They may have more info for you.
Severe financial loss expedite approval anyone?
I am filing for fiancé visa and after being with my fiancé and returning back to US I began to experience mental health issues. I went to see a Physchiatrist and he diagnosed me with depression and separation anxiety and prescribed me antidepressants for depression, adderall to be able to function in my activities of daily life, and Xanax for the severe anxiety. I currently work as a Nurse Assistant and had to be taken off of work due to it being unsafe for me to work. I also have finished nursing school and had a job lined up for me but lost it due to being unable to start because of the safety reasons. I tried expediting my case 4 times for urgent humanitarian reasons and was denied everytime. (one of these requests was through congress office as well). I have been taken off of work since August 20, 2021 and have been unable to work. due to the inability to work I have no income and have been going through my savings and charging my credit cards up. If this continues I will have the risk of being homeless. Has anyone has any experience with an expedite request being approved under severe financial loss? thank you for reading and taking the time to answer.

deny my i-130 ( us citizen apply for his spiuse) and I’m us citizen
hi to all ‘
I’m hardly requesting to you guys who faced already same problem like me
actually I have applied for my spouse on 13 months before and middle of the time RFE asked some evidence and I submitted to RFE and it was pendamic time in my spouse coutry I mean where I’m from
so everything was closed so it was so hard to collect all evidence but I have collected all documents and submitted to RFE and some how I missed to submit 2 piece of papers that is my ( sponsor ) passport size picture and I-130a from so after 4,5 months USCIS denied my I-130 case and gave me 2 option
1- appeal
2- Motion to re-open my case
or Motion to re-consider
so here oviously I won’t appeal but I can do one thing that is Motion to re-consider my case with I-290
so what’s the best option for me to win this case I mean approval
and how long it can be taken because I’m waiting for this case atleast 14 months
and is their any way if I do Motion to re-consider with I-290 form and with my mission evidence if yes thn how long I have to wait again for approval?
or will they approve my case or deny again ???
anyone has any advise for me
I’m so confused now Bcz I have 23 days in my hand if I don’t take any action thn that’s dicision will be final I mean deny

hi
to all ‘
I have a question to all
that is how may I change field office from taxas to Nabarska.
because I have seen only nabarska service center is only the center where I-130 can approve within 2,3 months and
my case is taxas service center
from beginning I have send my I-130 petition to TX and I was required to send to TX because I live in New York so is there any way to transfer or send other case from New York to nabarska service center?? any advice plz
