deny my i-130 ( us citizen apply for his spiuse) and I’m us citizen
hi to all ‘
I’m hardly requesting to you guys who faced already same problem like me
actually I have applied for my spouse on 13 months before and middle of the time RFE asked some evidence and I submitted to RFE and it was pendamic time in my spouse coutry I mean where I’m from
so everything was closed so it was so hard to collect all evidence but I have collected all documents and submitted to RFE and some how I missed to submit 2 piece of papers that is my ( sponsor ) passport size picture and I-130a from so after 4,5 months USCIS denied my I-130 case and gave me 2 option
1- appeal
2- Motion to re-open my case
or Motion to re-consider
so here oviously I won’t appeal but I can do one thing that is Motion to re-consider my case with I-290
so what’s the best option for me to win this case I mean approval
and how long it can be taken because I’m waiting for this case atleast 14 months
and is their any way if I do Motion to re-consider with I-290 form and with my mission evidence if yes thn how long I have to wait again for approval?
or will they approve my case or deny again ???
anyone has any advise for me
I’m so confused now Bcz I have 23 days in my hand if I don’t take any action thn that’s dicision will be final I mean deny

Re-apply! Best option! Attach the right documents this time with the help of a lawyer. Marriage based motion or appeals take about two years.

guys I have they same 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and 23 days ago I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & yesterday I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them

I didn’t receive by email my lawyer file my case I receive letter since august 2021

reopen I also denied my case because not submitted marriage certificate in Urdu language. USCIS denied my case then I reopen case and submit fee 675$. 15 September 2022 is my denied date.
