Severe financial loss expedite approval anyone?
I am filing for fiancé visa and after being with my fiancé and returning back to US I began to experience mental health issues. I went to see a Physchiatrist and he diagnosed me with depression and separation anxiety and prescribed me antidepressants for depression, adderall to be able to function in my activities of daily life, and Xanax for the severe anxiety. I currently work as a Nurse Assistant and had to be taken off of work due to it being unsafe for me to work. I also have finished nursing school and had a job lined up for me but lost it due to being unable to start because of the safety reasons. I tried expediting my case 4 times for urgent humanitarian reasons and was denied everytime. (one of these requests was through congress office as well). I have been taken off of work since August 20, 2021 and have been unable to work. due to the inability to work I have no income and have been going through my savings and charging my credit cards up. If this continues I will have the risk of being homeless. Has anyone has any experience with an expedite request being approved under severe financial loss? thank you for reading and taking the time to answer.

thank you I appreciate your support. I've been trying and trying my best to get an expedite approved so I can return to work. the hospital I work at is short staffed and will continue to get be even more short with flu season here.

ı know what u exactly feel! i am nurse too. but i am benficiary and i left my job bc it was impossible to focus on it for me.. and now i feel even worst, i hope they will approve us asap

but you know u need to show your financial situation to them to get approved and also your fiance wont be able to work long time after marriage so i believe you should be strong and keep working

the reason I am unable to work is because of the separation anxiety. If she was here I can stop the medications I am on and practice safely. the physchiatrist even documented that the medications will help but the underlying issue is the separation anxiety from my fiancé

i am so sorry.. and i am so angry how they ruin our lifes.. i feel like my career my life is ruined to wait wait wait and we dont even know if they approve it

yes exactly. I even called NVC and asked if they can request my case from USCIS but they said they have no authority over USCIS. They only receive cases and then process them. But the lady I spoke to was VERY kind and understanding and said they would request an expedite on their end with the consulate once they receive my case. unfortunately USCIS is the longest wait

with mine I expedite my work authorization by getting a letter from my job stating that I will loose my job if my work authorization wasn’t renew on time and it was approved.
