Case Processing
(F2A) I-130 filed for spouse of LPR on Feb 25,2020 Pending Decision. Case has been in review for 23 Months. California Service Center
I am an LPR. I filed the I-130 petition for my spouse on Feb 25,2020. I have not received an update yet. It says case is being reviews and a receipt notice has been sent. It’s been 23 months. When should I expect a decision/approval?
Is this safe to travel with approved travel document?

Before You Leave the United States
Please note the following information:
• Parole into the United States is not guaranteed. In all cases, a CBP officer must still inspect you at a port of entry to determine whether you are eligible to come into the United States according to the terms of this advance parole. Even though USCIS approved your advance parole, CBP may still refuse to parole you into the United States.
• Parole into the United States is not an “admission” into the U.S. If you have a pending Form I-485 and we deny it, you may be subject to removal proceedings for being inadmissible to the U.S.
• Unlawful Presence. If you leave the United States after being unlawfully present in the United States, you may be barred from admission even if you obtained advance parole. If you were unlawfully present in the United States for more than 180 days but less than one year and you leave the U.S. voluntarily before the start of removal proceedings, you are inadmissible for three years; if you were unlawfully present for one year or more, you are inadmissible for ten years.
THIS FORM IS NOT A VISA AND MAY NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF A VISA.
NOTICE: Although this application or petition has been approved, USCIS and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security reserve the right to verify this information before and/or after making a decision on your case so we can ensure that you have complied with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other legal authorities. We may review public information and records, contact others by mail, the internet or phone, conduct site inspections of businesses and residences, or use other methods of verification. We will use the information obtained to determine whether you are eligible for the benefit you seek. If we find any derogatory information, we will follow the law in determining whether to provide you (and the legal representative listed on your Form G-28, if you submitted one) an opportunity to address that information before we make a formal decision on your case or start proceedings
I-485 RFE response submitted but no update
hello guys! is it normal that my daughter's status remained as USCIS is actively reviewing on it but mine as K1 has an update on it that says RFE response was received last December 6,2021? we submitted RFE response at the same time and it's the same RFE reason anyway.
Dallas field office

I already make request it just said it wating for decisions from the officer . but my lawyer said we might have to take them to court or file mandamus.
NIW Approved, how long for semiconcurrent I-485
Hi, My NIW I-140 received in TSC on Feb 4, 2021 got approved on Nov 5, 2021. My I-485, I-693, I-765, & I-131 were received by NBC in the beginning of June 2021 (on different dates, although sent together); then only I-485 transferred from NBC to TSC, and biometrics received on Sept 16, 2021. My combo card got approved on Dec 16, 2021.
1. How long it might take for my I-485 to get approved?
2. Although, my case is in TSC now the receipt start with MSC, does it change how I check USCIS timelines? Should the timeline be for TSC or NBC?
Thank you!

NVC Expediate request
Hi everyone,
I submitted an expediate request to NVC and the reason I gave is my 3 months old son living abroad with his mother in a Pendamic. He is a US citizen with a US passport. Does anyone know if NVC expediate their process based on that reason ?

how to answer that question in the interview
Did you meet your spouse’s parents?
( my wife talked to my parents through a phone call because they live overseas) so should she say yes or no ?
( I only met my mother in law and she lives with us but didn’t meet her dad in person just through phone call) so should i say yes or no ?
I 765 Potomac still processing EAD since Feb 22nd 2021. Have any of you received the EAD from Potomac recently? What was your receipt date?
UCIS still shows “processing” for mine. I wonder if you can share your experiences to get an idea of the timeline.
Also, have you tried to expedite the request? If so, was it denied or approved? If they deny your request does that mean that your case would get impacted and even more delayed because of it?
