dont give up giving up is not an option so say you try to come back you do know it will be the same thing again with the process if you decide to re apply ive been waiting 7 months

well, we have no other choice, no salary in NYC for 6 months is hard, we almost exhausted all our money

move to another state man. I use to live in New York . I was paying 2 bedroom for 1800 a month and I move in Indiana state I have 4 bedroom for 1400 a month. find a way . don’t sit in New York move move man.

If I tell you my story you wouldn’t believe it, the last 7 years was the worse time of my life, finally have my interview next week. We all know what you’re going through but there are avenues for you to explore, you’ll get your interview or EAD soon this is not the time to give up

It’s hard man. the waiting game will create a hole inside you. you aren’t alone brother. but giving up is what I won’t support. just think about how you started in the first place? Good luck in all your endeavors.

waited almost 5years for a Gc and appeal that never came. starting afresh after 5yrs. I just hope you read everything above because quitting hurts u and not USCIS. stay strong coz there are worse cases out there

if you have not done so, you may want to reach out to your congressman, senator and finally ombudsman to try and move your case forward

Please try to hang in there for at least 4 more months. They’re actively working on January 2021 to March 2021 cases for SRC and Nebraska. You’ve come too far to give up now.

Hey Dee, depends on where u are going back to. I am guessing if you are from Canada etc yes it’s not worth the aggravation. The delays are due to covid but things are picking up so don’t lose faith, it’s not bad luck in ur particular case or anything but you are getting close.
