notice of administrative closure based on Removal proceeding
My EAD was approved 3weeks ago based on my i485 and today I got a letter from USCIS about my case been administratively closed. only the Immigration court can make a decision on my case, should I still expect my SSN to come also do anyone have any idea how and what I can do. I’m trying to terminate or file a dismiss befor my master hearing. my court case for the removal is in 6 months. thanks to everyone.

Approved for expedite at the NVC but case still at the NVC
My sister case was approved for expedite back in Dec 1 of 2021 but case still at the NVC. i called last month and was told it should have benn transfered already to us embassy. I called today again and I was told that the Supervisor needs to review the case and accept it before sending it to us embassy!! what does that mean? how long is it supposed to take to be transferred to us embassy after being approved and can supervise deny the transfer???

Hello lawfully family! my wife is pregnant 🤰 and we have our interview in 3days. Today she got admitted at the hospital and we don’t know when she will be discharged from the hospital! Do y’all think I should reschedule our interview appointment? I am just confused 🤔 Please advise! thanks 😊

My Wife’s I-765 case status updated as “New Card Is Being Produced” today evening.
I have few clarifications, is it normal to update dependent forms prior to primary person’s form.
will this be combo card for her? but still her I-131 form is not updated as card being produced.
is there any gurentee to get actual green card soon because of this EAD card produced?
please share someone’s experinace and knowledge with me according to above situation…

how long does it take to schedule an interview in Seattle FO?
case filed in early Feb-21 and was ready to schedule at Oct-21. wonder for those recently interviewed in Sea (or moved to Portland), when is your filing date and how long to have an interview scheduled?

Any April 2021 filers for marriage based GC?
Hello everyone, just wanted to know if April, 2021 marriage based GC filers have received their interview date. I see a lot of June filers already been given an interview date at other centers.
My field office is Houston and it’s been more than 5 months that I have received a notice that my interview will be scheduled. Since then, it’s been absolute radio silence. I had received my combo card sometime around October.
I really hope someone can provide me some info. Thank you very much.

I have a question that’s bugging me. my husband adviser told me I have to file taxes as single even though we married and the reason she said is because my husband doesn’t have social security yet. but I’m on hr&block site it says I cannot file single if I’m married if my spouse is a non citizen. help please? how I can add him into my taxes?
