NO UPDATE ON MY CASE
it just feels like I have been waiting forever. PD march 15,2023, did interview Dec2023. I have responded to 2 RFE’S and and recently responded to a NOID. I have received no update after responding to NOID. They only approved renewal for work permit and travel document. I am so tired of waiting. neither myself or my spouse have any criminal history so why such a drag

I am July 12th 2023. got my work permit, finger printed in November, responded to RFE (birth cert) in December. I have been waiting since then. if anything changes, I will be here to update y’all. blessing to all.

interview rescheduled by officer
My interview was today in NYC . After waiting 2 hours finally our turn came but right after we went inside the room . He said unfortunately he cannot do our interview today . Our documents was not there . He said our documents maybe in transit or in different field office . So we left without interview . he said they will reschedule it but doesn’t guarantee that it will be soon . I never heard something like this . is this normal , ?

It's a bit unfair and sad to see that those from 2025 are moving faster. My husband wants to contact Congress. Do you think this is a good idea? My timeline, and nothing has changed for almost 8 months. We've heard news from many acquaintances who started their processes this year, 2025, and already have interviews. My process has been stalled since I sent the evidence, which only took me 5 days to search.

Has anyone experienced a 2nd interview?
Has anyone experienced a second interview? I had one back in 2022. After I submitted my medical RFE, the status changed from “RFE Received” to “Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview.” The case was at the National Benefits Center (NBC) and now is at local FO. PD 03/21 - Never changed employer -
congressman
I contacted my congressman in 6/4/25 and have yet to hear back from them or an update on your case that we filled over two yrs ago. my lawyer says there is not we can do but sit and wait. I’m a US citizen who petitioned for my husband who over stayed a work visa. we never been married before we have no criminal record my lawyer said it would take 6mnths to a year idk what the hold up is !!!!! anybody in the same situation?
I started on September 18, 2023 as f2 A and on June 6, 2024 my case was changed to IR1 \CR1 and the case has not been approved yet? And how long will it take please, is anyone in this situation????

My I-485 hasn't made any progress since it was submitted.
I filed the I-140 with premium processing, and it was approved after 45 days. However, it's now been 60 days since my I-485 was received, and there has still been no update—not even a fingerprint appointment.
Is there anyone else in a similar situation?

change of address
hello all, I had my green card interview a month ago and I am waiting for my decision. my lease is expiring soon at our current apartment community. I really don’t want to extend the lease as we don’t like it here and would like to move to a new home. does change of address effects the process or is it not that significant.

Both me and my dependent were approved today.
