Officers generally cannot legally question your children without you or a lawyer present, you are not required to let them into your home unless they have a judge-signed warrant, your kids have the right to remain silent just like adults, the request to “see more clothes” was likely an attempt to confirm who lives in the house for immigration or residency purposes, and before they return you should contact an immigration attorney so you can clearly assert your family’s rights and refuse any questioning until legal counsel is present.

Did you do an interview before this happen and if yes when did you do it maybe they suspect something

@GodOnTime🙏 we did it on September 15 for 1 485 and 1130 in March this year. we attended 1485 and 1 130 separately mind u this was the successful interview to be scheduled n interviewed. previously we have had 2 of them scheduled and then cancelled giving reasons of inconveniences from their end

you have to understand a lot of people lie about this kind of thing. if you are telling the truth and everything is legit then you have nothing to worry about.
