Hello
My spouse (USC) and I were married for almost 3.5 years I have a conditional GC for over 2 years we filed joint I-751.
Now we’re divorced after we filled jointly I-751 in this September. I will send an amendment letter to uscis this week.
What are the chances that my GC application still gonna get approved?

Timeline after I-485 Interview – F2A Category?
I had my I-485 interview on November 19, 2025 under the F2A category (spouse of a permanent resident). The interview went well, and the officer did not request any additional documents.
My case status now shows:
“Case Is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS.”
As of November 19, 2025, USCIS is reviewing my Form I-485, and there are no outstanding items at this time.
Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive a decision?

detained at green card interview in NY city
hello Vawa family I would like to share incident happened with my friend today morning during his GC interview , he arrived in 2011 in US illegally and got his vawa approved this year and went for his green card interview unfortunately ICE detained him 2 hours ago
. he had 2 criminal charges in place which were dismissed long time ago . can we trust this administration? I am shocked . ice is transferring him to detention center and will deport him !!! this is heart wrenching and never breakdown news !!!
can someone share what can be done in this case …! we did contact lawyer he said there is nothing can be done , rather than requesting him voluntarily departure or deportation ASAP rather rotten in detention centre for months..

how many more months after can I apply for mandamus! married since August 2018. Application date September 11, 2024. please advice🙏🏻
had the interview on may 20th, 2025. basic question about marriage and then security questions. had to change my mother’s D.O.B and update on current place of work on 485 and took the signature. handed a white paper saying need more time for decision and wait for 120 days. been 7 months since the interview and the case status still says interview was scheduled; never changed since the initial interview was scheduled. confused and frustrated🤯

Interview Scheduled after waiting for about 2yrs for removal of condition with divorce waiver, is there anything I should know? Any preparations? Any likely questions? Is this good or bad? what to expect?? Can anyone please share their experiences

I submitted my RFE(I-693) response which was officially received by USCIS on November 18, 2025 , however, I noticed that there is a system update on December 12, 2025 stating we will review the evidence. Why does this update appear even though my response was already received on November 18 and why has my case not been approved yet? What typically happens next in such cases?
