HI! anyone filing from October 2024? i just wanna know whats the update with your case. My paralegal says wait for rfe to send pictures and joint accounts but i read comments here some says just upload Unsolicited evidence. I have USCIS account and it says that the interview has been completed and im in the currents step : Case decision. should i still upload or should i be patient? thank you!

I forgot to share this. I have my GC with me. it was actually approved on 03/07 and in my hands since 03/17. my previous attorney got it on the 13th but I was able to go get it on the 17th.
it was a long ride for sure. it took me 8.5 months since my Vawa approval to get it and I think is because I was married to a resident and not a citizen. but the Vawa ride is over for me.
I’ll cross the citizenship bridge in 2 years and 9 months.
