I noticed PD from 2022 are getting GC before PD from 2021

Hi everybody! I’ve been noticed that a lot of Eb3-1 and Eb3-2 are receiving their green cards even though the PD is 2022. My PD is 04/2021 and my case still CRP. Is that because My case is Eb3-3? USCIS issue GC fist to Eb3-1 and Eb3-2 ?

Hello, has it ever happened to anyone that they did the interview and after the interview they were informed that the interview was canceled? I did the green card interview on 13/06/2023 and today 26/03/2024 the information appeared that the interview I did was canceled.

They seem to be having delays so just be a little more patient. My case was approved 2/28, card produced 2/29. My card was received 3/25 which is almost a month after approval. You will get yours.

i have applied for my h1b extension. On jan 25 i got the approval and on feb 04 recieved the i797 document. On march 21 my case status is showing as denied. i have recieved my denial notice stating that my i 129 petition is considered as abandoned since i haven't response to the RFE .I haven't received any rfe document for this at all. what are my options on this case?
