USCIS committed to use all the Green Card available in 2024
I wonder if they use all the available green card in 2024, why it only advances 2 months this fiscal year? USCIS said they finish 10 million backlogs, so it makes sense that PD should advance faster? I’m so tired of the waiting, anyone knows any good signs please share.
hope this may help someone -- greencard not received after two months of approval. 2 family member received the GC in 1st week itself after approval but child didnt receive it for 2 months yet.
Today after 2 months USCIS send the notice for biometrics for the child and says once biometric is done for the approved applicant we will get the production of GC and deliver :) so finally its sorted. They didnt took child biometrics earlier for i485 just did it for i131 only.
Fiancée (I-129F) Application at NVC
Hello,
My Fiancée I-129F was approved on Feb 09, 2024. How long will it take NVC to send a Welcome Letter ?
Also, how soon will NVC forward my documents to the embassy?
My fiancée approval notice is valid from Feb 09, 2024 - June 08, 2024. I have contacted NVC, for two months, this has been their response
