Case Processing
Local Congressman
I reached out to my local congressman's office recently and I was told my case is still within normal processing time so they can't contact USCIS until around December of this year or February in next year (2025).

Finally Greened almost after a year!
My I485 was taking longer than I expected. Most of my friends got it around 6 month but just happy I got it now!
Good luck everyone.

Case processed at a different field office
Hi, we applied for AOS for parents in jul 2022. Case was pending with NBC until last month. When we sent an inquiry via congressional office, we were told that it was sent to Lawrence field office to determine if it is a potential interview waiver and that if we don’t get notice of further action within 60 days to follow up with that field office directly. Does that mean we can call Lawrence field office directly?
469 days and nothing
As the title explains it. I have been waiting for this application to get some sort of answer but have not had any luck. It’s been 469 days and it’s been very very stressful. This process is probabaly the worst process they have put out. Please, if anyone has any advice please post in English. Other then that, I think this process is very inhumane and is destroying peoples mental health.

F2A california processing
Hi folks. I filed for my wife on October 21,2022 at California service center. Im a permanent resident now. For the last year and change, the tab under the myProgress on USCIS website showed the message “your case is taking longer than expected “. Today when I checked in the morning it says estimated time until case decision as “ 4 weeks”. Does that mean anything? Should I get excited? Hoping for some good news soon!
