Citizen petition for spouse( no pd)

ok so I’ve been seeing a lots of posts with US Citizen spouses petioning for beneficiaries. is my understanding that there is no priority dates when it comes to US Citizens as applicants for the beneficiaries. if that’s the case why do people keep posting that nonsense if priority dates only apply to green card holders petitioning for spouses? I’m I lost here because I’ve never heard of priority date for US citizens petitioning for spouses

My marriage case was denied because I couldn't attend the interview due to illness, despite having a doctor's letter. I notified Immigration a day before and received a Request number. However, I saw online that my case was denied today. A lawyer offered to send a reschedule letter for $3000, but there's no guarantee. Any advice?

pd 7/24/23 AR1 8/22/23. AR2: 8/30/2024 🥳K3 submitted Sept 12th 2023. no updates. both were in Potomac approval received from Texas. contacted congressman 2 weeks ago. got a response from inquiry USCIS told them to tell me to wait. it’s been a journey, but everything eventually has an end. stay positive.

I know RFE normally takes two weeks but I want to know in recent time, how long does it take to get to you? I'm expecting RFE

I didn’t receive any Request for Additional Evidence RFE I-360

I got a online notification my vawa based I-360 RFE request from uscis. I received online notification only August-2022, I filed case on June-2022, but still I didn't get any physical mail from my lawyer, I really don't know what exactly need USCIS from my side. so how can I contact uscis or any other way is there to get it my RFE request. could please somebody share it.

i have a 2th case interview my case was denied because I couldn’t attend the interview since I was sick and I have letter from doctor I called Imigretion and I told them they give me a referral number i saw the update in my case today and it says it was denied 😭

Wrong Receipt Date

Hi, When I submitted my I-360 I got a receipt date for March 2020 , but I submitted it on March 2024. does that affect in any way my case, should I leave it like that or request a typo correction? has someone over here has received a wrong receipt date before?
