Update on my I-130 #April2023
Hi guys,
I called uscis today to ask about my case and the agent said that it shows on my application that my case is being review since yesterday by an officer and also that it has been transfer to another service center, she also said that’s a good sign. so hopefully I’ll get my approval soon🙏🏼 #itscoming🙌🏼

No RFE received. I did upload several photos throught the waiting. Maybe twice.
I contacted my senator just yesterday, but I can’t tell for sure if it had something to do with it since I was seeing approvals within this time frame.
Reciept came from YSC (Potomac) and approval came from NSC (Nebraska)
Notification came from USCIS.
Progress tab still showing 2 months.
Any December 23 filers?
I thought our case was a lot more straightforward and that we would get approved faster but apparently not. I was feeling very optimistic when my EAD got approved so fast and myProgress was showing 3 months estimate(i-130). After 3 months, it went on showing "taking longer than expected....". Recently it changed back to 3 months. I was feeling hopeful again but today, I checked the progress tab and it now says 6 months.
I have heard the progress tab is inaccurate but I wander who is changing the time on the backend. Are they just randomly increasing/decreasing the time? why even offer such feature if it is not accurate....
My PD is December 12, 2023
Has anyone had similar changes in their myProgress tab?

Hi! My case receipt date is 10/23/2013. At the time my receipt number started with a WAC. I just got an update that my case has been moved into the electronic system, and receipt number has been changed to a IOE one. Does that mean my case is now being actively worked? Is this a good or bad thing?
