Thank you very much @T. G. could you please briefly explain what should I present for “Exemption from supplment J Filing”?

@Ale Moha on the instruction page, you will see a second note that says EB1A and NIW are exempt from the supplement J. submit that first page and highlight the Note. Also, in your cover letter mention that the I485 is based on the fact that you have an approved Self- Petition in the second category of the employment based immigration with National Interest Waiver. Adding this is important to avoid getting the nonsensical RFE requesting for supplement j.

don’t forget to add document that shows evidence of maintaining lawful status. e.g F1, H1b.
