18 months gor i-130 and atill waiting! !! 12 months in texas service center, 6 months in detroit field office and still there with zeroooo action!!!!!
18 months . since november 2022.
why it was transferred to detroit field office 6 months ago ?? I didn’t get a notice ! i reached to the senator . nothing happened . and all what I can see is 2023 even 2024 fillers getting approved!!!

Hi guys, I just looked at the copy of my medical evidence really closely and realized that the civil surgeon did not complete the records for my varicella vaccine. I had all my vaccine records and submitted it to them but it was omitted. Do you guys have any idea what this could be mean for my case? Thank you guys
Help please! I just caught a mistake on I-130
Help please! We are still waiting but I was just looking through the I-130 application and realized that I must have missed the tab about my past 5 years address history. Is there a way that I can update this now so that I don’t get an RFE when they get to our application?
Can I just type out my address history and upload in the additional documents tab and then let Emma know?

Since the visa bulletin is changing for have my priority date become current in June 2024 how long do you think it will take my I-485 to get approved? i-130 was already approved. They asked for my medical records last year I sent them in then.
