hi all!
3 weeks ago an agent Emma told me that my case is still at National Benefits Center and it shows that the interview is waived.
Today another agent told me the case is at Brooklyn Field office and apparently he/she didn’t know when it was transferred.
Anybody else with a similar situation?

frustrated taking so long
this is so frustrating I just talk to an agent through Emma and they said las review in my case was a month ago and then is going to be assigned to a field officer for a decision, but it takes 3-6 months to be assigned, I’ve been waiting for 2 years now and medical RFE was received a year ago. I don’t understand why is this process so slow.
I-485 got Approved 3 days ago, And in the notice i saw in portal, Biometrics required after approval, So do i have to provide finger prints, photo, sign again ? or do i get card over mail?

hoping all good with you.. and congrats who have gotten their GC so far… just quick enquiry.. this is my current timeline.. and for what I have seen sometimes it goes up to a year if not more.. would I be this case as well… considering my I485 is in Texas Center? (it seems is the slowest). thanks! and good luck to us all !

I485J interfilling receipt notice not received
I did interfilling by filling I485J to change my pending I485 category from EB5 to EB3 and it was delivered in early January of this year. since then I haven’t received a receipt notice for the I485J. wondering if others are in a similar situation. I tried contacting USCIS and filing service requests but haven’t gotten an indication on whether USCIS received the interfilling or lost it.
is anyone else in the same situation? wondering if I should just refile the interfilling request
