@naomi bushira My lawyer also sent a letter to USCIS informing me that my VAWA was approved and that they could process my 485, but I'm still waiting for some news! I have two cards and in the C31 category.

My lawyer told me that I have to wait for USCIS to send the RFE for the medical exam before he can submit it. I’ve already completed my medical exam.

lawyers are saying different things, but it should be straightforward and consistent.

@Botswana 🇧🇼 . Dear, the I-485 status will change anytime until 1 year roughly. So please be patience. I know very few took 2 years for the GC. God bless !

@compassion . did you send without RFE? I really want to send it to but called USCIS and they told me not to. did you end up sending it? I think I’m going to send it anyway and take the risk of getting it lost
