EAD renewal time question
hello everyone,
my EAD and advance parole are expiring in 30 days. I have renewal receipt and it says this means automatic extension of EAD for another 6 months.
but what happens to my drivers license, can I get the drivers license renewed at this point of time using renewal receipt?
also have anyone tried continuing their job without loosing it when EAD is expired?

OPT/EAD Pending since 74 days F1 Visa
Hey guys, Can I travel outside of U.S and re enter back, if my OPT/EAD Application is still pending with USCIS, been 74 days as of now?
my program date has already been finished though, worried if I would be having any problem while re entering US if I travel? I have had all the necessary arrangements made to get my EAD to me even if it approved after I leave from US

well, they denied this the first time and my lawyer went ahead and refiled and Ching Ching! USCIS have bipolar issues let me tell ya. I currently have a green card they gave me by mistake according to them, so this is basically something I’ll use if and so I don’t have the new green card at hand. I’ve been in this journey for over 20years back and forth and I pray to the Lord everything u folds as it should. hang in there I know the pain, been there and still at it, just keep pushing forward and press on

Backlog Clearance is Dead!
While I am happy to see the EB1 progressing forward in this VISA bulletin, it’s frustrating to see that older cases are not getting closed. What is the point of progressing FAD when the backlog with NBC and FO are not getting cleared? The people who are happy today will get frustrated later on.
