Did my I-130visa take longer than it supposed to.
I applied for an I-130 visa in March 2022 with a priority date of March 2022 when I was 20. I'm now 22, but my status hasn't changed. Is my case still reviewed under F2A (under 21), and how long should I expect this process to take? And can I ask for a case inquiry, I applied at the Nebraska Office.

Hello Lawfully Family! Your insights and advice is needed.
On June 10th I received an email correspondence from my previous attorney ( The attorney that I had a retainership agreement with while I was married to my ex) and the content of the email was an i-130 denial decision dated June 7th 2024 i have initially received the said denial notice after my unsuccessful interview. ( i-130 filed in September 2018 with other necessary forms as required by the process).
Again today I received another correspondence dated June 8th 2024, stating that i-130 was re-opened.
I have since divorced moved on and filed vawa which my i-360 was approved February 2024, and I have a pending i-485.
Please what could be the reason for the re-opening of this i-130 while I am no longer married and I am waiting for a decision on a pending i-485 after my vawa approved in February 2024.
What could be the reason and how do you guys advice I address this?
I don't understand this mail from National Benefits center Missouri
I filed premium processing EB2 NIW since April 4 to Phoenix Arizona. After waiting about 2 months, no receipt number, check was not cleared, no response after contacting lockbox Email, and no luck with USCIS agents. I also realized I didn't pay the assylum fee. I decided to stop the cashier's check to start a new application. I printed another application bundle and about to send, I received a package from National Benefits center, Missouri (which is surprising, since I sent to Arizona) with no title. It contains few 100 pages exhibits from my original application, my cashiers checks and a letter that reads in part:
"This is in response to the attached correspondence/check, which you mailed to the National Benefits Center (NBC).The NBC does not receipt in applications or accept fees for the USCIS"
I don't know what this means. Is this a rejection letter, should I go ahead and send a new package?
