Question below on behalf of my mother: I am citizen of country X. I was originally born in country Y. I got married to someone in X and my husband faked my birth certificate and got me a passport for X. My husband just passed away recently due to cancer and my son and daughter live in the US. I have visited US before on Y passport and said it was by birth on DS-160. Now I want to move back to X and get citizenship there by birth and give up my Y passport. Will my B1/B2 visa be rejected if I apply again with new X passport? I know I can mention previous citizenship on DS-160 but I’m more concerned about the by birth issue. #B1B2 #non-immigrant
