Hey guys I got a request of evidence on May 11th but didn’t get the actual document until May 15th. I was able to send everything on June 6 cause I had to translate a lot of stuff and they ask me for a lot of evidence to prove our marriage. By the tracking number I could know that they already got the documents but they have not taken any action on it. they haven’t even made a change of receiving the request of evidence…. has this happened to anyone? how are your experiences after replying to RFE. Thank you🙏🏼

Hi guys, I recently started in another job (nanny), and I asked my employer to fill out the i485j. however, he doesn’t know if he should add his personal income or jointly income. Has anyone done this ?

My i485 got approved today. However, dependents got rfe. they travelled outside US earlier this month and have advance parole. any idea what rfe may be about?

I need some clarification if you filed for EAD at November 2023 and the case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction at February 2024. how do you start counting your process timeframe?
