I recently applied for work permit while my green card is pending. While I send the work permit application, I also attached the check of $260. Today I talked to the USCIS representative and she told me that there is no fee after April if I apply for work permit while my green card is pending.
The information that USCIS representative provided is that correct?
Does anyone apply for work permit recently who's I-485 is still pending? If so do you guys attached the check of $260?
