finally got my renewal EDA

Finally after almost 10 months I got my renewed work permit it was a very frustrating time but finally I can go back to work! Now I have to wait 10 months on my hopefully GC 😉

F2A category updated to CR1

applied for spouse when I was LPR get approved as LPR so had kids ( born between spouse and I ) case under spouse at nvc. became Citizen case was updated and now spouse visa category is IR1 and don’t see kids anymore under her profil as accompany at NVC profil. anyone had the same issue . what should I do now . should I re-apply for kids separately and go through another process until nvc again while they were under spouse (F2A) before updating my citizenship witch turn spouse visa category from F2A ( included kids as accompany) to now IR1 without kids anymore under spouse .

my case got updated to “ new card being produced “

Filed in NOVEMBER 2021 with PD in march 2012 . Pd was current and all the forms were filed together. Initially it was not a priority premium processing but I filed for premium processing on July 1 and then within a week got approved. Within a week of that my wife (dependent) EAD got approved. Then my file got transferred to NBC on July 13 and then it was transferred to Santa Ana Field office on August 4. I just got an update today that my card is being produced. I highly recommend people who are waiting for 140 to be approved to file for premium processing because I think within two months of filing premium Processing, the green card is finally approved. Let me know if you have any questions that I can answer.

Complicated after getting citizenship

I have a question about my case , I applied for my wife and my son for lawful permanent residence visa when I was a green card holder , I got my citizen a week before there interview in my consulate, then when they passed interview they ask my wife to fill out a separate form I-130 for my son because I’m not longer a green card holder , I’m very wondering what I have to do now , my son and my wife case was approved before I got citizen , now I have to go trough all process again from uscis to nvc pay the fee from the beginning pay the ds260 form 350$ even I paid already when i added my son on my wife form than wait again , my son has 15 months we can’t left him over-there alone . Please there’s any information or any one has the some experience?

hi, i just want to know who visited europe with Travel document? green card still not received. asylum base Travel doc. i checked google it says some of European countries are visa free with US travel doc. but i want to hear who actually went with that docs?
