my case got updated to “ new card being produced “
Filed in NOVEMBER 2021 with PD in march 2012 . Pd was current and all the forms were filed together. Initially it was not a priority premium processing but I filed for premium processing on July 1 and then within a week got approved. Within a week of that my wife (dependent) EAD got approved. Then my file got transferred to NBC on July 13 and then it was transferred to Santa Ana Field office on August 4. I just got an update today that my card is being produced. I highly recommend people who are waiting for 140 to be approved to file for premium processing because I think within two months of filing premium Processing, the green card is finally approved. Let me know if you have any questions that I can answer.

congratulations Hapeesh! mine is eb1 and I am eligible for converting my 140 to premium processing. however I I’ve read on some forums that converting to PP may have more chances for RFE. any thoughts around this would be great

no I doubt there is any connection between premium processing and RFE . if. you are missing something , you will get RFE. I would recommend that get PP done to speed up things
