I-765 WORK AUTHORISATION (APPROVED)
***UPDATE APPROVED*** This is so crazy what it took to get this thing approved… Total wait time 6-7 months. Expedited (3 Times Total) 1 Expedite Got Denied, Waited a month, Expedited 1 more time and waited a Week expedited another time with congressman. Then a few days later we get this. Keep trying! Keep praying! I had a dream it got approved yesterday! And I wake up today and it’s approved! USCIS didn’t request any evidence. We also submitted a inquiry via our congress men. Not sure if that helped! I was just like you all waiting… and BOOM my wife calls me crying with the approval letter! We submitted an expedite request on Sept 14. On our own for financial reasons and we received this email talking about an address change today ?? but with no clear response for evidence or approval? We never requested An address change. A few days later we contacted our congressman and they contacted USCIS a few days after that we get this. Approved.. GOD IS GOOD. I’ve been praying for this.

Finally after almost 3 years! 😭Would've preferred to not have gone through any abuse but I'm grateful that I'm not in that toxic relationship anymore & now I have my green card approved!
October 2019 - Filed I-485 based on marriage January 2020 - Interview was scheduled February 2020 - Went to interview & requested my I-485 to be held in abeyance (already had EAD & AP card in January 2020) March 30, 2020 - VAWA I-360 Receipt Date April 2020 - Received Prima Facie Determination August 2021 - Expedited Request to Renew EAD & AP got approved (my initial C09 EAD expired on July 2021) March 21, 2022 - 2nd Prima Facie May 31, 2022 - New Card Being Produced June 1, 2022 - VAWA I-360 Case Was Approved June 30, 2022 - Received i693 Deficiency Notice Sept 2, 2022 - Congressperson placed an inquiry for my I-485 per my request Sept 15, 2022 - Received RFE for i693 Sept 16, 2022 - Field Office received my medicals Sept 23, 2022 - I-485 New Card is Being Produced
