Finally after almost 3 years! 😭Would've preferred to not have gone through any abuse but I'm grateful that I'm not in that toxic relationship anymore & now I have my green card approved!
October 2019 - Filed I-485 based on marriage
January 2020 - Interview was scheduled
February 2020 - Went to interview & requested my I-485 to be held in abeyance (already had EAD & AP card in January 2020)
March 30, 2020 - VAWA I-360 Receipt Date
April 2020 - Received Prima Facie Determination
August 2021 - Expedited Request to Renew EAD & AP got approved (my initial C09 EAD expired on July 2021)
March 21, 2022 - 2nd Prima Facie
May 31, 2022 - New Card Being Produced
June 1, 2022 - VAWA I-360 Case Was Approved
June 30, 2022 - Received i693 Deficiency Notice
Sept 2, 2022 - Congressperson placed an inquiry for my I-485 per my request

Sam Sam you are so right because i had similar situations but i had my marriage based interview 2 months after i filled in for vawa why my wife came back to me and apologized and i forgave her we went to my interview the officer called me first asked me if I'm safe she said in the system she see vawa asked me if I want my interview on vawa or on marriage which is i130 i said i want on 1130 she asked me she was nice and after 45 mins she took me out and called my wife for 20 mins questioning we were separated in the interview maybe she didn't want my wife to know vawa and after she gave me the paper said the interview was complete the case needs to be reviewed and that was on 17 Aug my two cases i130 and i495 still say maintenance was scheduled my pd is 30 Sep 2022 and my Vawa was 17 May 20 22 after my green card interview 1 week after it send me rfe for good character i answer monday and when i call uscis they say they cant give me any information about my case i may have go contact the service center from vermont so that means my i360! replaced my marriage case at vawa automatically without even my concern

@God's good - I just asked my congressperson if they can nudge USCIS to make a decision on my case or send me a RFE for anything they still need to make a decision since I have been waiting for almost 3 years now

Then you can look for their website & see their immigration services or look for their office's phone number & call to ask for immigration inquiry assistance

@God's good - yes, the EAD/AP card from marriage is still valid and I was outside of the US when my VAWA got approved. i came back to the US using the marriage combo card without issues
