L2 and EAD approved!
03/22/2021: Applied for L1A,L2 extension and EAD (for me). No premium processing
05/18: Paid for premium processing once USCIS confirmed that biometrics rule has been removed.
08/06: L1 approved after an RFE.
Multiple expedite requests through Emma, our congressman and senator's office sent in August and September, since my EAD expired in July. All rejected.
Tried expediting ead in the hope that it would trigger the 539 to be approved. Nop.
09/23: I got notification that ead has been approved. Realize that L2 still says "Expedite request denied" from the last time I tried. I'm not sure if the approval is real or a system glitch.
09/24: Chatted with Emma agent who confirmed that L2 is approved too! Yay!!!

I had my interview yesterday in NYC, I was worried because we moved to another state but we never updated our address...
He asked us how we meet and we started a conversation from there, the officer was really nice and he didn't even asked for our pictures, I guess it went well idk but no reason to be nervous after all.
Now my status change to "New card it's being produced" does that means we are approved?
