Hooray!! what a relief.
It’s been a wait but I’m so glad I got it done. I was in despair at not receiving my 131 or 765 after 6 months and I wasn’t able to leave the country for fear of getting rejected. I found this app and community just a month ago and while it’s a toss and just luck related im so glad USCIS waived the interview and approved it!! In the meantime the app provided me more visibility and reassurance. thank you and hang in there if yours is still processing!

this is great news. congratulations. every state is so different. while I did 2 interviews and still waiting -Atlanta. this from 2018. I am given work permit and have been reapplying every year since then

Congratulations. That’s pretty quick at 175 days, amazing! Hoping this is a trend for the i485’s as I’ve seen a few approved really quickly recently

I think the state makes the difference. I’ve heard great reviews from California. I know if persons whom they just requested letters from persons to verify relationship n all documents approved

@cheers I hope so too. I heard they called my landlord in the state I’m now working to find out if my husband is on the lease. USCIS Atlanta does the most .. I think
